Operations management platform for Indigenous Australian ranger programs and remote land managers. Brings patrols, sightings, incidents, asset and fuel tracking, fire and weather awareness, training records and NIAA-aligned reporting into a single multi-tenant web app with an offline-capable companion mobile app.

Koala Guardians: High-Tech Tracking
Primary developer on a University of the Sunshine Coast citizen-science initiative deploying solar-powered Bluetooth ear tags and a companion app to enable community-driven koala monitoring across South East Queensland.
National Koala Monitoring Program
Primary systems integrator for a $10 million Australia-wide initiative to determine koala population numbers, distributions, health, and trends. Integrates thermal drones, acoustic monitoring, citizen science apps, and satellite imagery into a unified national database.
Healthy Country AI
A $2.6 million Indigenous-led initiative giving remote land and sea managers across Cape York and the NT AI, drones, satellite data, and cloud dashboards to monitor more than 3 million hectares of Country.

A $4 million initiative using AI, satellite IoT, and cloud computing to track and manage feral cattle across 22,000+ km² of remote Northern Australia using 1,000+ GPS-enabled satellite ear tags.

A business operations platform for skip bin and waste logistics. Centralises booking intake, fleet dispatch, tipping workflows, invoicing, and reporting into one system with a SwiftUI iOS fleet app for MDM-enrolled field devices with full offline support.
FrameMe
An open-source command-line tool that adds device frames to screenshots using official Apple bezels. Written in Swift on CoreGraphics, with support for iOS, Android, TV, and Apple Watch frames.
Evolve Simulations
A communication training platform where students practise conversations with AI-driven characters in realistic scenarios. Used by Australian universities to teach interpersonal and professional communication skills.
